Great item for your display. Original orange colour and grenade fuse and M1/M1A2 Garand Launcher.

This grenade was used for US Army traing....a Live Detonator was used...then a smoke charge placed in the grenade and a cork was used to hold the smoke charge.

They were then used to train personnel...pull the grenade pin and throw it. Detonator went off and smoke discharged...to give them an idea what to expect.

Then grenades were picked up...recharged and used again for traing purpose.
